Greenplum DCA Common storage commands

The following commands can be used to view information about the storage system on a DCA server. Run all commands as the user root.

View List of commands:

# CmdTool2 -?

Show Virtual Disk State:

# CmdTool2 -LDInfo -Lall -aAll | grep -e State -e 'Virtual Drive'

Show Physical Disk State:

# CmdTool2 -PDList -aAll | grep -e 'Slot Number' -e 'Firmware state'

Show Storage Config:

# CmdTool2 -CfgDsply -aAll

View disk free space by OS mount:

# df -h
